To practice this tutorial the following Excel file is required. This file is provided in the Code Files link of this tutorial page. Please download the Excel file from the Code files link.

Point to This PC icon Point to navigation pane on the left click on Downloads Right-click on Convert-Excel-to-MARC-Code Files folder select Extract All Cursor on Select a Destination and Extract Files Click on Browse Cursor on Select a destination window From navigation pane on the left, click on Desktop Click on Select Folder Click on Extract Double click on the Code-file folder	On the Desktop click on This PC shortcut. From the navigation pane on the left, click on Downloads. Right-click on the Convert-Excel-to-MARC-Codefiles folder and select Extract All. A pop up Select a Destination and Extract Files opens. Click on Browse button, a pop up Select a destination window opens. From the navigation pane on the left, click on Desktop. At the bottom of the window, click on Select Folder then click on Extract button. Now close this window. On the Desktop double click on the Code-file folder. We can see the codefile is extracted successfully. Now copy the TestData file and paste it on the Desktop for easy access.
