Login with Superlibrarian account Username - Bella Password - Library@1 Library: Spoken Tutorial Library Click on Login	To receive serials in Koha I have already logged in as Superlibrarian.
On the Koha staff interface, click on Serials module	On the Koha staff interface click on the Serials module.
Serials page	The Serials page opens.
Cursor on Search subscriptions Cursor on Title Type Pearl	At the top of the page locate the Search subscriptions menu bar. And in the Title field enter the first keyword from the title of the journal. For example, we will type Pearl.
Click on Search button	And click on search arrow at the right side of the field.
Cursor on Serials subscriptions (1 found)	A new page Serials subscriptions opens.
Cursor on ISSN: 0973-7081 Title: Pearl: A journal of Library and Information Science. Notes: Library: Spoken Tutorial Library Location: Call number: Expiration date:01/01/2026 Actions	This page shows the details for- ISSN, Title, Notes, Library, Location, Call number Expiration date. The last column Actions provides the option to Serial receive.
Under Actions >> click on Serial receive	To receive the Pearl: A journal of Library and Information Science serial. Click on the Serial receive button under the Actions column.
Serial edition Pearl: A journal of Library and Information Science opens with the table	A new page Serial edition Pearl: A journal of Library and Information Science opens.
Cursor on Status From the drop down select Arrived Click on Save Cursor on Subscription summary Cursor on 2024	Please note the journal status might look different on your screen. In this table, the first column for Issue shows Vol.18, No. 1. In this row under the Status column click on the dropdown and select it as Arrived. Now click on the Save button below the table. A page Serial collection information for Pearl: A journal of Library and Information Science opens along with a Subscription summary. Below that we can see one more table with the Edit serials tab for the year 2024.
Cursor on Receive Cursor on Serial edition Pearl: A Journal of Library and Information Science Arrived issue no 2 and 3 Change the status of issue no.4 as Late	Next click on the Receive tab to open the Serial edition Pearl: A Journal of Library and Information Science page. Now pause the video and change the status as Arrived for issue no 2 and click on save tab. Do the same for issue no. 3 Please note that issue no. 4 has not arrived in the library. So change the status of issue no. 4 as Late.
Cursor on 2025 Click on 2024 Cursor on Status Narration only	After updating status for all issues, a new page Serial collection information for Pearl: A journal of Library and Information Science opens with the tabs 2025 and 2024. Now click on the tab 2024. Here we can see the status of issue 1, 2 and 3 as Arrived and issue no 4 is Late. In this way we can receive Serials.
