In – Thrombolysis |
In a D Hospital, the App will take us to the next page In – Thrombolysis. |
Under Thrombolysis first we have Medication Prior to Thrombolysis –
Based on Medications administered check the following Asprin Clopidogrel Unfractionated Heparin LMW Heparin Ticagrelor |

We hve a mandatory field *Select any one type of thrombolytic Agent *Streptokinase *Tenecteplase *Reteplase Once we select *Dosage *Start Date/ Time *End Date/ Time After which we have the 90 MINS ECG DATE / TIME Successful Lysis Yes/ No |
Next, under Thrombolysis, we have a mandatory field.
*Select any one type of Thrombolytic Agent* Streptokinase

Make appropriate entries in these fields. |
