Switch to internet browser: Go to http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/new/ Point (don’t click) on the green area Click on ‘All Systems and Languages” link below the green area	Let us now download and install Mozilla Firefox, by visiting the official website at mozilla.com as shown on the screen. Here, we can always find the latest version of Firefox. Or we can click on the ‘All Systems and Languages” link below the green area for more options.

Here, we can download various localized versions, such as Hindi or Bengali. We can also choose the operating system: Windows, Mac or Linux, by clicking on the various icons
Point and Click on the green color “Firefox Free Download” button.	In Ubuntu Linux, first select the location to save the file (by default, the Downloads directory in your Home folder is selected).
Select “Save File” >> Click “Ok” button in the popup window.	Now you can select the “Save File” option and click on the “Ok” button appearing in the popup window. This will save Firefox archive to the Downloads directory under the Home directory.
Click on Application > System Tools > Terminal Type cd ~/Downloads and press Enter.	Open a Terminal Window and go to your Downloads directory by typing the following command : cd ~/Downloads Now press the Enter key.
Type tar xjf firefox-7.0.1.tar.bz2 and press Enter. For the video, jump to the frame when the download is over. Let us not waste time until the download gets over. Show screenshot of Terminal Window with the commands and the files being extracted	Extract the contents of the downloaded file by typing the following command : tar xjf firefox-7.0.1.tar.bz2 Now press the Enter key. This will start extracting the files required to run Firefox 7.0.
In the Terminal window type cd firefox	In the Terminal Window go to the Firefox directory by typing the following command cd firefox Now press the Enter key. This will take you to the Firefox directory.
In the Terminal window type ./firefox	To launch the Firefox browser, type the following command ./firefox And press the Enter key.
Type ~/Downloads/firefox/firefox in the terminal window but do not press Enter.	Alternately, you can launch Firefox by using the following command when your current directory is not the home directory. ~/Downloads/firefox/firefox
Click on Address bar on top below menu bar Type: www.rediff.com	We will see how to set up the default homepage later. For now, as an example, let us go to Rediff.com website that has the latest news and information. In the Address bar below the menu bar, type: www.rediff.com
Point mouse over the content Point mouse over links below Headlines.	The content on the home page of Rediff.com website is displayed. Now, from this page, we can navigate to the various links to view content in those pages
Click on first link below Headlines	Let us click on the first link below the Headlines tab.
Slide the cursor over the menu bar and some of the various features like search box and bookmarks toolbar.	This is how we can visit websites using Firefox and then navigate to various pages from there. In future tutorials, we will learn more about the Firefox interface and various other features.
