00:01 Welcome to the spoken tutorial on Installation of Scilab on Windows operating system.
00:07 I will install Scilab version 5.2 on windows operating system.
00:13 This procedure is applicable to all versions of Scilab and other versions of windows operating system.
00:20 You can download scilab from the scilab.org website.
00:25 Go to the Products, select download and click.
00:31 Scroll down, click on scilab 5.2 under the windows section .
00:41 This will open a dialog to download the exe file.
00:45 Click on Save File, the downloading will start.
00:50 It will take few minutes. I will minimize this.
00:54 Minimize the browser.
00:58 The direct link to download page is as shown.
01:03 Before starting the installation process please make sure that your computer is connected to the internet.
01:10 It is required to download and install Intel Math Kernal Library .
