00:19	વપરાશકર્તા માહિતી દાખલ કરવી અને ઈ-ટીકીટ અથવા આઈ-ટીકીટ નક્કી કરવી.
00:24	સાથે જ હું ડેબીટ કાર્ડનાં પ્રથમ વપરાશને અને આનો ઉપયોગ કેવી રીતે ઓનલાઈન ટીકીટ ખરીદી માટે કરવો એ ડેમોનસ્ટ્રેટ કરીશ.
00:32	એક ટીકીટ ખરીદી માટે શું જરૂરી છે, ચુકવણી માટે આમાંનું કોઈપણ એક હોવું જોઈએ;

01:12	માની લો કે મને મુંબઈથી જવું છે. તો જેમ હું ૪ અક્ષરો ટાઈપ કરું છું આ સૂચવે છે તો હું મુંબઈ સેન્ટ્રલ પસંદ કરવા ઈચ્છું છું SURA ચાલો હું ૪ અક્ષરો ટાઈપ કરું અને તે માટે રાહ જોઉં.
01:26	તો વાસ્તવમાં હું સુરત જવા માંગું છું.
01:28	નોંધ લો કે બોમ્બે સેન્ટ્રલ માટે સ્ટેશન કોડ BCT છે અને સુરત માટે ST છે.
01:35	ભવિષ્યમાં હું સીધે સીધું BCT અને ST ટાઈપ કરી શકું છું ઉદાહરણ માટે આપણે આ રદ્દ કરીએ છીએ અને BCT ટાઈપ કરીએ છીએ આને આ રીતે જ રહેવા દો.
01:47	તારીખ ચાલો હું ૨૩મી ડીસેમ્બર પસંદ કરું, ચાલો હું બચેલને પસંદ કરું જે ઈ-ટીકીટ અને જનરલ છે.
01:55	હું ઈ-ટીકીટ અથવા આઈ-ટીકીટ વિશે વાત કરીશ અને વિકલ્પો શું છે;

02:24	ચાલો હું જરા નીચે સ્ક્રોલ કરું તે તરત દર્શાવે છે કે તે રાહ યાદીમાં છે.
02:29	તે રાહ યાદીમાં હોવાથી કોઈ ફરક પડતો નથી. હું તેને બૂક કરવા માંગું છે.
02:34	તો ચાલો હું આને ક્લિક કરું મને મેસેજ મળે છે કે જનાર સ્ટેશન જે મેં પસંદ કર્યું છે તે આપેલ માર્ગ પર હયાત નથી આમાંથી કોઈ એકને પસંદ કરો.
02:44	તો માની લો કે હું બાંદ્રા ટર્મિનસ પસંદ કરવા માંગું છું. ચાલો હું જઈને આને બૂક કરું.
02:57	ટાઈપ કરીશ કન્નન મોઉદગલ્યા, ઉંમર-૫૩, પુરુષ, બર્થ પસંદગી - માની લો કે હું વિન્ડો બેઠક પસંદ કરું છું.
03:12	તો તે આપણને વરિષ્ઠ નાગરિકનું બટન આપે છે અને મને મેસેજ મળે છે કે યાત્રીની ઉંમર ૬૦ વર્ષ અથવા તે કરતા વધારે હોવી જોઈએ હું okay કહીશ.
03:22	અને જો હું સ્ત્રી વરિષ્ઠ નાગરિક હોવું તો તે મને દર્શાવે છે કે યાત્રીની ઉંમર ૫૮ વર્ષ અથવા તે કરતા વધારે હોવી જોઈએ.
03:31	આમ સ્ત્રી માટે તે ૫૮ છે અને પુરુષ માટે તે ૬૦ ને વરિષ્ઠ નાગરિક તરીકે ધ્યાનમાં લે છે..
03:39	વરિષ્ઠ નાગરિક માટે અહીં છૂટ છે. તો ચાલો હું પાછી male, window seat પર જાઉં.
03;45	ચાલો મને આ તમામ માટે ચિંતા ના કરતા ફક્ત આ ઈમેજ E37745A ને દાખલ કરવું પડશે.

04:29	તે વધારે વ્યક્તિને એક્સેસ કરી શકાવાય તેને ધ્યાનમાં રાખી, હું ડેબીટ કાર્ડ વપરાશનું ડેમોનસ્ટ્રેશન આપી રહ્યી છું.
04:38	ને આમાંના કોઈપણ એકને પસંદ કરવાની જરૂર છે, દુર્ભાગ્યવશ ICICI કાર્ડ જે હું ધરાવું છું તે અહીં નથી.
04:46	પણ આ દર્શાવે છે કે બીજા કોઈપણ કાર્ડ જે અહીં નથી દર્શાવાયા જો તે વિઝા અથવા માસ્ટર ડેબીટ કાર્ડ હોય તો.
04:53	અહીં ક્લિક કરો. તો ચાલો હું અહીં ક્લિક કરું અને મને મેસેજ મળે છે કે આપેલ બેંકનાં વિઝા / માસ્ટર ડેબીટ કાર્ડને આજની તારીખે ઓનલાઈન વ્યવહાર માટે વાપરી શકાવાય છે.
05:09	તો ICICI બેંક અહીં યાદીમાં છે. તો ચાલો હું આ બંધ કરું, ચાલો હું આમાંના કોઈને પસંદ કરું.
05:16	હું આ વિઝા માસ્ટર પસંદ કરીશ, તો કાર્ડ પ્રકાર વિઝા છે.
05:23	હું તમને મારી પાસેનાં ATM કાર્ડનો ક્રમાંક બતાવીશ નહી.
05:27	તમને ૧૬ અંકી ક્રમાંક જે તમારા ડેબીટ કાર્ડ પર આવ્યો છે તે દાખલ કરવો પડશે અને ત્યારબાદ ક્રેડીટ કાર્ડની સમાપ્તિ તારીખ અને પછી CVV ક્રમાંક.
05:39	જે ત્રણ અંકી ક્રમાંક છે તમારા કાર્ડની પાછળની બાજુએ આવેલ છેલ્લા ત્રણ ક્રમાંકો.
05:44	આગળ તમારી સહી છે, આ માહિતી દાખલ કર્યા બાદ મને buy બટનને દબાવવું પડે છે.
05:52	ચાલો હું તે કરું. મને ICICI બેંક તરફથી આપેલ મેસેજ મળે છે.
05:57	મને વેલીડીટી તારીખ, જન્મ તારીખ અને ત્યારબાદ મારો ATM પીન ક્રમાંક નાખવાની જરૂર છે.
06:04	આ કાર્ડને ઓનલાઈન વ્યવહાર માટે નોંધણી કરાવવા માટે.
06:09	ચાલો હું આને મોટું કરું જેથી કરીને તમે જોઈ શકો કે આ શું છે.
06:14	હું આ તમામ દાખલ કરીશ પણ હું તમને બતાવવા માંગું છું કે, જયારે હું આ કરું છું ત્યારે મને અહીં આપેલ મેસેજ મળે છે.
06:26	હું હમણાં ૬ અંકી ક્રમાંક દાખલ કરી રહ્યી છું, મને તે યોગ્ય રીતે પસંદ કરવું પડે છે તે મને યાદ રહે એ માટે સરળ અને બીજા માટે એટલું સરળ ન હોવું જોઈએ.
06:36	મને તે બે વખત ટાઈપ કરવું પડે છે. આ એ ખાતરી કરવા માટે કે મેં પાસવર્ડ બરાબર રીતે બનાવ્યો છે. આ ટાઈપમાં થનાર ભૂલોને અટકાવશે.

08:07	The method is similar for credit card, online bank transaction is similar.
08:14	But the overall procedure is identical in all the methods .

08:23	To enter the pasword some need a temporary code.sent to your mobile phone.
08:31	The next question is should one buy E-ticket or I-ticket.
08:36	First we will begin with E-ticket one can buy this at the last minute also.
08:41	One needs a printer or a smart phone however no worry about losing it.
08:48	If you lose it, we can always another print out.
08:51	You need identity proof at the time of travel however,
08:55	In case of I-Ticket it will be sent by a courier of course you have to pay for this about Rs-50.
09:03	You should have 2-3 days for postal delivery The delivery is not available for all towns and villages.
09:11	The cancellation can be done at ticket counters only.
09:15	OF course you don't need an identity proof if you travel with an I-ticket.
09:21	What is an identity proof ?
09:22	Any government issued card with photo it could be an;
09:26	Pan card
09:27	Election card
09:28	Driving license
09:29	or a passport it could be any of these .

10:15	What to carry during travel ,if you book an E-ticket any one proof of your ticket and E-copy in your smart phone or a print out of the i-ticket and an identity card or take the i-ticket.
10:32	In case of I-Ticket as mentioned earlier, no identity proof is required.
10:37	I have the following usefull tips for you .
10:40	Please book in advance. book even if the chance of travel is small.
10:46	You can always cancel the tickets you will lose some money if you cancel however
10:51	this may be better than not having a ticket at all
10:55	You cannot buy a ticket in the last minute .
10:58	Book when the IRCTC websie is fast typically mid afternoon or late night may be fast.
11:07	Avoid 8 to 10AM if you can.
