  • You should have knowledge of Library Science
To follow this tutorial you should have knowledge of Library Science.
Show Koha interface

Username - Bella

Password - Library@1

Library: Spoken Tutorial Library

Click on Login

To run the saved reports in Koha I have logged in as a Superlibrarian.
Click on Reports module On the Koha staff interface click on the Reports module.
Point to Reports page

Point to Guided reports Click on Use saved

Reports page opens.

Here under the Guided reports click on Use saved.

Scroll right and go to the Actions column

Click on the Run dropdown

Point to

  • View
  • Preview SQL
  • Edit
  • Duplicate
  • Schedule
  • Delete
Saved reports page opens with a list of reports.

Remember in an earlier Create guided reports tutorial we created one Sample report.

Now we will learn to Run the report.

Scroll right and go to the Actions column.

Click on the Run dropdown button.

Here we can see options like-

  • View- to view the output of the saved report.
  • Preview SQL- to check the SQL query used in the report.
  • Edit- to make changes in the report or query
  • Duplicate- To make copy of the report which you can modify.
  • Schedule- To set the report to run automatically at a chosen time.
  • Delete- To remove the report permanently from Koha.
Click on Run button.

Point to Sample report results

Now click on the Run button.

Sample report page opens with the total number of results.
