Slide Number 3 System Requirement To record this tutorial, I am using Ubuntu Linux OS version 22 point 04 Koha v24.05 Firefox v131.0.3 A working internet connection	To record this tutorial, I am using Ubuntu Linux OS version 22 point 04 Koha version 24 point 05 Firefox version 131 point 0 point 3 I also have a working internet connection.
Slide Number 4 Pre-requisites You should have knowledge of Library Science	To practice this tutorial, you should have knowledge of Library Science.
Show Koha interface Username - Bella Password - Library@1 Library: Spoken Tutorial Library Click on Login	To Copy Cataloging using Z39 point 5 0, I have logged in as a Superlibrarian.
Click on Cataloging module	On the Koha staff interface click on the Cataloging module.
Cursor on Cataloging	The Cataloging page opens.
Click on Z39.50/SRU dropdown >> Books	Now click on the New from Z39 point 5 0 slash SRU dropdown and select Books.
Cursor on Z39.50/SRU search results > Koha	A pop-up window Z39 point 5 0 slash SRU search results opens.
Locate the section Search targets on the right side of the window Cursor on LIBRARY OF CONGRESS SRU LIBRARY OF CONGRESS LIBRARY OF CONGRESS NATIONAL LIBRARY OF FRANCE Click on X Clear all tab	Locate the section Search targets at the right side of the window. Here, we can see the Z39 point 5 0 targets as follows. Click on the Clear all tab.
Click on the third checkbox adjacent to LIBRARY OF CONGRESS.	Click the third checkbox adjacent to LIBRARY OF CONGRESS.
Cursor on Z39.50/SRU search	Under the Z39 point 5 0 slash SRU search section we can see various fields.
Cursor on Title Type Applied Medical Microbiology	In the Title field, type the title as shown here. You may fill in the rest of the fields, if you wish to. I will leave them as default.
Click on Search button	Now click the Search button at the bottom right side of the window. Please ensure that you are connected to the internet. This step may take some time.
Cursor on Server: LIBRARY OF CONGRESS Title: Applied Medical Microbiology Author: College, J. G. Year: 1981 Edition: 2nd ed. ISBN: LCCN: 81007165 and Actions	The Results page opens up showing the following details.
Go to right side Cursor on Actions locate Import column	Go to the right side of the title Applied Medical Microbiology. Locate the Actions column. From the drop down click on Import.
Cursor on Add MARC record	When Import is clicked, a new page Add MARC record opens.
Point to the Required fields Imported from the Library of Congress database	Note the fields shown as Required. These fields have been Imported from Library of Congress database.
Click on Tab 9 Scroll down and go to 942 ADDED ENTRY ELEMENTS(KOHA) From the Koha item type drop down select Books	Now click on the Tab 9. Locate the field 942 ADDED ENTRY ELEMENTS(KOHA). For the subfield- c Koha item type, select Books from the drop down.
Click on Save at the top of the page	After filling the details, click the Save button at the top of the page.
