To practise this tutorial, you will need -

Switch to STEMI device homepage in which you have logged in with a D Hospital login | We are now in the STEMI Homepage.

Select Search tab | Select the Search tab to go to the Search Page. |
Search Page >> Menu tab | The Search Page has a Menu tab at the top left hand side of the page. |
Point to the Search Criteria | It has six Search Criteria -
Patient ID, Patient Name, Admission From to End Date, STEMI Status, Type of Hospital, Hospital Cluster.

Point to the entries | 14 recent entries are also displayed here below.

Point to the Search button | A Search button is located at the bottom right of the page. |
Highlight each search criteria and >> point to the Search button. | To search a patient file that is already saved, we have to enter our prefered search criteria.

We could also search a patient file by entering multiple search criteria at the same time.

Show Slide | Please note that under the Search tab, we can only search files that were saved earlier.

Let’s assume some criteria and search a few saved files. | |
Highlight Patient ID | First, let's search a patient file with a particular Patient ID. |
Select any patient | Select any patient file from the displayed list. |
The file is now opened on our device. | |
Point to the Patient Id at the top.

Note the Patient Id that is displayed on top of the page.

Make a note of this number. We will use it later. | |
Image of file | One could also get the Patient Id from the file cover that the patient has. |
This number is auto-generated by the STEMI device at the time of data-entry. | |
Select Menu tab on the top left corner | Now select the Menu tab on the top left corner of the page. |
Select Home tab. | Then select the Home tab. |
Select Search tab | Now again select the Search tab in the Homepage. |
We are now back in the Search Page. | |
Highlight Patient Id | Here, we have to enter the Patient Id in the Patient Id search criteria. |
In the Patient Id Search Criteria >> Type 20151221035241 | I will type this number in the Patient Id search criteria.
This was the number of the file I had noted earlier. You have to type the number that you noted on your device. |
Select Search button | Now, select the Search button at the bottom right of the page. |
Select the file | The patient file with the typed Patient Id is displayed on the screen.

Type Ramesh in the Patient Name Search Criteria >> Select the Search button | Next, let's search a patient file with Patient name as Ramesh.
The patient file with patient name Ramesh is displayed on the page. Now select the file to open and view the contents. |
Point to Pencil icon | Notice an EDIT icon at the top right of this page.
|
Put text on screen “Save the changes” | Remember to save all the changes. |
We will now search for all patient files saved between a particular date range. | |
Select 1 Jan 2016 in From Date
Select 9 Feb 2016 in End Date |
I’ll select 1 Jan 2016 in From Date and select 9 Feb 2016 in End Date.

Select Search Button | Then select the Search button at the bottom right of the page. |
List is displayed | All patient files saved between Jan 1st 2016 and Feb 9th 2016, gets displayed on my page.

Select a file. | Now select any file of your choice to open and view the contents.
Next, we will search files that have STEMI status confirmed. |
STEMI status search criteriaoptions

Under STEMI status search criteria, we have the following options-
|
Select STEMI Confirmed >> select the Search button | I’ll select STEMI Confirmed and then select the Search button at the bottom right of the page.
The page shows all saved patient files with status as STEMI Confirmed. |
Highlight the 1 patient. file | On my STEMI device, we can see 14 patients.
The list could be longer or shorter on your STEMI device. This actually depends on how many patients were selected with STEMI status as Confirmed. |
Hospital Type Search Criteria options-

Similarly, for Hospital Type search criteria we have the following options-
|
Point to the user ID at the top left | This search depends on where the particular patient file was first generated in the device. |
Select EMRI
Select Search Button |
I will select D Hospital and then select the Search button.
You have to select the Hospital type based on the patient file you are searching for. |
List of patients displayed | The page selected on my device shows all the patient files in my D Hospital.
You can also use this search criteria to view patient files transferred from your hospital. In your case, it will be as per the user id on your device. |
Select Type of Hospital Cluster search criteria >> select Kovai Medical Centre and Hospital. | Likewise, under Type of Hospital Cluster, we can select the cluster of our choice.
I will select Kovai Medical Centre and Hospital. In your case, you have to select the cluster of your choice. Clusters are named after the name of the Hub Hospital (A OR B Hospital) in the particular cluster. |
Select Search button at the bottom right of the page | And then select the Search button at the bottom right of the page.
Now, we are able to view the files saved under that particular cluster. |
