Slide | Welcome to the spoken tutorial on Installation of Scilab on Windows operating system. |
Slide | This procedure is applicable to all versions of Scilab and other versions of windows operating system. |
Slide | I will Install Scilab version 5.2 on windows operating system. |
Slide | You can download scilab from the scilab.org website. |
Website Page | Go to the Products select download and click on it, scroll down select scilab5.2.2 under the windows section click on it. |
Demonstration | This will open a dialog to download the exe file. |
Demonstration | Click save file this will start downloading the exe file. |
Demonstration | It will take few minutes. I will minimize this. |
Demonstration | I will minimize the browser. |
Slide | The direct link to download scilab is as shown. |
Narration | Before starting the installation process please make sure that your computer is connected to internet. |
Narration | It is required to download and install Intel Math Kernal Library during the installation process. |

Demonstration | Double click on the downloaded setup file to start the installation procedure. |

Demonstration | Select set up language as English.click Ok |
Narration | This will start the setup wizard. |

Demonstration | Select a destination folder to install scilab on your computer. |
