Start ABT | Select ABT application on Android 4.2. |
Point to ABT's Welcome screen | We will see ABT's welcome screen. |
Point to Select Existing Organization button |
Tap on select existing organization button. We have already created an organization called ST.

Point to Login button | Lets login as guest |
Point to Master Menu | We are now on the master menu of ABT . |
Point to Preferences | Tap on Preferences option.
In preferences, we can see
options First, lets edit/delete organisation |
Point to Edit/Delete organization option | Lets choose Edit/Delete organization option.

Point to the new screen | The organisation details become editable. |
Point to City | Let us select Mumbai for city. |
Point to Save button | Save the changes.

Point to Reset button | If we want to reset all the fields, Tap on Reset button. |
Point to Delete button | Tap on Delete button to delete the organization.
We can delete the current organisation as well as same organisation with another financial year if exists. |
Point to the main screen | If we delete the organisation, we will be directed to the main screen.

Point to Add/Edit/Delete project | We will now see what is Add/Edit/Delete project. |
Point to Enter projectname | Here we have to add projects.
Lets enter Spoken Tutorial as project name. Tap on Add Project.

We can use this project at the time of voucher creation | |
Point to Spoken Tutorial | Now, when we tap on Spoken Tutorial added on screen, we get two options:

Point to Edit project name | Lets choose Edit project name.
Change the project name to ABT. Change it to ABT. Tap on Done.
|
Point to Delete project | Likewise, we can delete the created project.
Note, if project has transactions, it can not be deleted. |
Go to Master menu > Rollover.
Point to rollover |
Go to the master menu of ABT.
Tap on Rollover, it will prompt accourding to following conditions:

Point to sample organisation | Lets create a sample organsisation named Aakash.
Lets select financial period as........ Follow the steps from Maintaining Organisation tutorial. |
Point to master menu -> Rollover | Go to Master Menu.
Now, when we tap on rollover on master menu, it says rollover has been done.

Point to welcome screen of ABT. | Now logout.
Select Select Existing organisation button. Select organisation name as Aakash.
|
Point to fiancial periods | Now here we will see two financial periods,
* The period for which we created the organisation and * The period after rollover. The closing balance of all the ledger accounts, groups-subgroups and user details are forwarded to new financial period. |
Go to Master menu > Export organisation.
Point to Export organization |
It will pop up a dialog box with an alert "Do you want to export organisation".
If Yes then, It will prompt "organisation has been exported to /mnt/sdcard/export/". /mnt/sdcard/export/ is the location of the file. |
Point to export | There is a location in tablet called /mnt/sdcard/export.

Point to main page of ABT | Import organisation:
ABT must be installed in the tablet to import organisation. We can import organisation in another tablet It can be done by transfering export folder to internal sdcard. Import organization option is available on main page drawer of ABT |
Point to import organization | Just tap on Import organization.
It will show all available exported organisation and financial years to import. Now, select organisation name and it's financial year you would like to import. Tap on Import button. |
