If we choose either, we get a drop-down Death Date and Time: |
Highlight Others >> enter the Death Date and Time.

In Others: we have to enter other reasons for the patient’s death.

Highlight Death Bar on top and Save and Continue button in Blue box at the same time. |
Once we choose any one option, there ends the data entry. |

If the patient did not die, then mark as “No” and move on to Discharge Medications.
