02:21	તમે JChemPaint ના ડાઉનલોડ પેજ પર નિર્દેશિત થશો.
02:26	વેબ પેજ પર “download a recent jar file from github (current is 3.3-1210):” શોધો.

02:42	કરવા માટે ડાઈલોગ બોક્સ ખુલે છે Save File બટન પર ક્લિક કરો અને OK પર ક્લીક કરો.
02:48	ચાલો સંગ્રહિત ફાઈલને ડાઉનલોડ ફોલ્ડરથી ડેસ્કટોપ પર મુવ કરીએ.
02:53	સંગ્રહિત ફાઈલ પર જમણું ક્લીક કરો અને Move to Desktop પસંદ કરો .
03:00	JChemPaint વિન્ડો ને ખોલવા માટે આપણને Terminal. ની જરૂર છે.
03:04	CTRl+Alt અને T કી એક સાથે દાબીને ટર્મિનલ વિન્ડો ખોલો.
03:10	ટાઈપ કરો “cd space Desktop” અને Enter દબાઓ.
03:16	ટાઈપ કરો java space -jar space ./jchempaint-3.3-1210.jar અને Enter દબાઓ.
03:32	JChemPaint વિન્ડો ખુલે છે.
03:35	નોંધ લો કે JChemPaint ફક્ત ટર્મિનલ દ્વારાજ ખુલી શકે છે.
03:41	Windows installation process. ચાલો હવે વિન્ડો પર ઈંસ્ટોલેશન ની પ્રક્રિયા જોઈએ.
03:45	ચાલો હવે Windows OS પર જવા ઇન્સ્ટોલ કરીએ.

04:06	Java SE Runtime Environment 7 Downloads-Oracle. આ લિંક પર ક્લિક કરો.
04:14	ડાઉનલોડ પેજ ખુલે છે.
04:17	વેબ પેજ પર License agreement સ્વીકાર કરો.
04:22	jre-7-windows-i586.exe લિંક પસંદ કરો.
04:31	Save file ડાઈલોગ બોક્સ ખુલે છે.
04:35	Save File બટન પર ક્લિક કરો.
04:38	ડાઉનલોડ ફોલ્ડરમાં ફાઈલ ડાઉનલોડ થશે.
04:42	ડાઉનલોડ ફાઈલ પર ક્લિક કરો.
04:46	Javaને ઇન્સ્ટોલ કરવા માટે આપેલ પ્રક્રિયા નું અનુસરણ કરો.
04:51	Close પર ક્લિક કરો.
04:54	Jre-7 તમારા મશીન પર ઇન્સ્ટોલ થશે.
04:59	ચાલો JChemPaint ઇન્સ્ટોલ કરીએ.
05:02	Firefox વેબ બ્રાઉઝરને તમારા વિન્ડોમશીન પર ખોલો.
05:06	JChemPaintને વિન્ડો પર ઇન્સ્ટોલ કરવા માટે એડ્રેસ બારમાં http://jchempaint.github.io/ URL ટાઈપ કરો.
05:21	તમે JChemPaint ના ડાઉનલોડ પેજ પર નિર્દેશિત થશો.

06:16	JChemPaint ને ખોલવા માટે Open પર ક્લિક કરો.
06:20	વૈકલ્પિક રીતે તમે કમાંડ પ્રોમ્પ્ટનો ઉપયોગ કરીને JChemPaint ખોલી શકો છો.
06:26	કમાંડ પ્રોમ્પ્ટ ખોલવા માટે Windows અને R કીને તમારા કીબોર્ડ પર એક સાથે દબાવો.

06:37	Open box માં ટાઈપ કરો “cmd” અને OK પર ક્લિક કરો.

06:46	ચાલો ડાઉનલોડ ફોલ્ડ પર જઈએ જ્યાં આપણે આપણી .jar ફાઈલ સેવ કરી છે.
06:54	પ્રોમ્પ્ટ પર ટાઈપ કરો “cd space Downloads” અને Enter દબાઓ.
07:00	ટાઈપ કરો java space -jar space jchempaint-3.3-1210.jar અને Enter દબાઓ.
07:13	JChemPaint ખુલે છે.
07:17	જો કમાંડ પ્રોમ્પ્ટ પર એરર આવે તો
07:20	* Program files પર જાઓ java ફોલ્ડર શોધીને તે પર ક્લિક કરો.
07:27	* bin ફોલ્ડર પર જી તે પર જમણું ક્લિક કરો.
07:32	* Properties પર જાઓ.
07:35	* C:\Program Files' કૌંસમાં (x86)\Java\jre7. આ એડ્રેસ કોપી કરો.
07:48	પાથ સેટ કરવા માટે આપેલ પગલાઓ અનુસરો.
07:51	* My Computer પર જમણું ક્લિક કરો, Propertiesવિકલ્પ પસંદ કરો.
07:57	* Advanced System settings પર ક્લિક કરો, અને પછી Environment Variables. પર ક્લિક કરો.
08:04	* System Variables માં Path વેરીએબલ શોધો.
08:09	* Edit પર ક્લિક કરો.
08:11	*Edit system Variable ડાઈલોગ બોક્સ ખુલે છે
08:16	* C:\Program Files કૌંસમાં (x86)\Java\jre7. આ એડ્રેસ પેસ્ટ કરો.
08:28	* OK પર ક્લિક કરીને બધી વિન્ડો બંદ કરો.
08:32	JChemPaint આવું દેખાય છે.
08:36	આ Menu bar છે.
08:38	Menu bar આપેલ આઈટમો ધરાવે છે : File, Edit, View, Atom, Bond, Tools, R-groups, Templates અને Help.
08:54	JChemPaint પર કાર્ય કરવા માટે જરૂરી બધા ટૂલ Tool bars ધરાવે છે.

09:04	*Formatting tools ઉપરની તરફ
09:07	*Bond tools ડાબી બાજુએ
09:09	*Ring tools જમણી બાજુએ અને
09:12	*Element tools નીચેની બાજુએ છે.
09:15	દોરેલ સ્ટ્રક્ચર Panel પર દ્રશ્યમાન થાય છે.
09:18	હવે JChemPaint Preferences વિન્ડો માટે.
09:22	Draw a chain ટૂલ પર ક્લિક કરો.
09:24	Panel પર ક્લિક કરીને 6 Carbon atoms સુધી ચેનને ડ્રેગ કરો.
09:30	Notice that Carbon chain does not contain any atoms.
09:35	Go to Edit menu, navigate to Preferences and click on it.
09:42	Preferences window opens.
09:45	Preferences window has two tabs Display Preferences and Other Preferences.
09:54	By default Display Preferences tab is selected.
10:00	Notice that none of the check boxes are selected.
10:05	Let's click on a few check boxes and see how they are useful.
10:12	To show Methyl groups on the chain click on Show explicit methyl groups.
10:18	To show hydrogens click on Show implicit hydrogens.
10:23	Click on Apply and OK buttons to apply the changes.
10:29	As an example let's draw Phosphoric acid(H3PO4).
10:35	To draw, click on Phosphrous(P) tool and then click on the Panel.
10:42	Phosphine(PH3) will be displayed
10:46	Click on Oxygen(O) tool and then click on Single bond tool.
10:51	Place the cursor on P; a small 'blue' colored circle appears on it.
10:57	Click on P and drag to draw four Hydroxy bonds.
11:02	You will notice a red line below Phosphrous atom.
11:07	This indicates that valency is not complete.
11:11	To complete the valency let's make the top Phosphrous-hydroxy bond as a double bond.
11:19	Click on double bond tool.
11:21	Click on top Phosphrous-hydroxy bond.
11:26	The obtained structure is Phosphoric acid.
11:30	Notice that all the atoms in the structure are black colored.
11:36	To show Rasmol color of the element,
11:39	Go to Edit menu and navigate to Preferences.
11:44	In the window click on Color atoms by element check box.
11:50	It shows Rasmol color of the element.
11:55	Click on Apply and OK buttons to apply the changes.
12:00	Note that elements appear with their Rasmol colors.
12:05	Let's save the file.
12:07	Click on File menu and select Save as.
12:12	Save as dialog box opens.
12:15	Select Desktop folder to save the file on Desktop.
12:21	Type the file name as Phosphoric acid and click on Save button.
12:27	The file will be saved with .mol extension.
