On the Koha staff interface click on the Tools module.
Tools page opens. Under Patrons and circulation locate Import patrons. Click on Import patrons. |

On the right side under the Notes section, click on Download a Starter CSV file with all the columns.
It will download a sample file with all the needed column headings. From the dialogue box, click on the patron_import.csv file. A popup window Text import - [patron_import.csv] opens. Click the OK button at the bottom of the window. This will open patron_import.csv -LibreOffice Calc. Pause the video, and fill the patrons details in the required fields as shown. These patrons details are also provided in the Code files link. Download and extract the file. Copy and paste the details in the required fields. To save the file go to the File menu and from the drop down click on Save. A popup Confirm File Format window opens. Click on Use Text CSV Format and close the file. |
