Point to ABT's Welcome screen | We will see ABT's welcome screen. |
Point to Select Existing Organization button | Tap on Select existing organization button.
We have already created an organization called ST. |
Point to Login button | Let's login as guest |
Point to Master Menu | We are now on the master menu of ABT . |
Point to Preferences | Tap on Preferences option.
In Preferences, we can see

Point to the new screen | The organization details page becomes editable. |
Point to City | Select Maharashtra for State and Mumbai for City. |
Point to Save button | Save the changes. |
Point to Reset button | If we want to reset all the fields, tap on Reset button. |
Point to Delete button | Tap on Delete button to delete the organization.
We can delete organization for a particular financial period. |
Tap on OK | Tap on OK for confirmation. |
When we delete an organization, we are directed back to the welcome screen of ABT. | |

Point to Delete project | Likewise, we can delete projects.
But note, if project has transactions, it can not be deleted. Now, let us learn what is rollover. |

Let us create an organization called ST of type Profit Making. For the financial period 1st April 2012 to 31st March 2013 |

Point to Rollover | Now, let us see what is Rollover |
Point to Rollover | Now, let us tap on Rollover.
It asks whether we want to rollover to next financial year. Tap on Yes |

With the message that rollover has been done successfully. |
Go to Master menu > Rollover.

It will ask whether we want to export organization. Tap on Yes. It will say organization Free Accounting Foundation has been exported to /mnt/sdcard/export/". We can check the path for the file. It is a path located in the tablet. |

Point to main page of ABT | For that go back to the welcome screen of ABT
For import organization, ABT must be installed in the tablet. We can import organization in any tablet. It can be done by transferring export folder to internal SD card. |
Point to Import organization | Import organization option is available on main page drawer of ABT.
Tap on Import organization. It will show all available exported organizations and financial years to be imported. |
