Remember to write the surname first followed by comma and then first name.

In the subfield 942 ‘c’: item type, and from the drop down select- Serial

Lastly, from the tabs 0 to 9, click on the tab 9

Go to 942 ADDED ENTRY ELEMENTS (KOHA).

Go to sub-field ‘c’: Koha item type, and from the drop down select Serial.

Click on Save After filling all the details click on Save at the left corner of the page.
