And, you should have Admin access in Koha. |

00:50 | To start with, Login with Superlibrarian username Bella and her password. |
00:59 | Then click on Koha Administration. |

01:07 | Under the section Acquisition parameters, click on Currencies and exchange rates. |

Last updated shows the date of currency setup. |

Set any currency as per your requirement but do not make it 'Active'. |

02:56 | The ISO column for Rupee appears in the table. |
03:01 | Remember that the entered ISO code will be used when importing MARC files via the staging tools. |
03:10 | The tool will attempt to find and use the price of the currently active currency. |
03:17 | To edit the Currency, click on Edit option for that particular Currency. I will click on Edit for the currency USD. |
03:30 | Modify currency page opens up. |
03:33 | You may change the value of Rate and Symbol. I will leave it as they are. |
03:41 | Note that I will not click in the check-box for the field ‘Active’. |
03:47 | An active currency is the main currency to use in the library. |
03:52 | Since my library is in India, Rupee will be used as active currency. |
03:58 | Next, click on Submit at the bottom of the page. |
04:03 | The same page Currencies and exchange rates re-opens. |
04:09 | Now log out from your Koha Superlibrarian account. |
04:14 | To do so, first go to the top right corner, click on Spoken Tutorial Library. |
