Follow the same method to draw an offset for the inner rectangle’s bottom line. 

Repeat the same process for making the thickness of all the other interior walls.

For that, offset the newly created line.

Offset distance should be the same as wall thickness.

That is equal to 200 millimetre as per the plan.

Repeat the same process for the 3<sup>rd</sup> and 4<sup>th</sup> line from left side of the rectangle.

Continue the same process and split the all 4 horizontal lines in the middle.
