Otherwise there could be humming noise or echoing. |

| 00:54 | This also helps in eliminating external noise. |

| 01.16 | The humming noise may not be obvious to you if you do not use the head phone. |

Silent mode also can introduce disturbance. |

You just have to close windows & door. |

We will now present some guideline for this tutorial. Ensure that the terminal font is large.Use a minimum of 20 point. |

Small font result in poor quality video. |

Here is how the font need to look like while recording. |

I am using 32 point font size implemented by beamer command of 17 pt. |
| 03.01 | Unmaximised windows place them in overlapping manner.
This will allow easy switching from one windows to another. |
| 03.10 | You can see window selection easily.
It is difficult to see this when you use maximised windows. |
| 03.18 | For the current tutorial that I am recording I have placed the windows in an overlapping manner.
You can see that switching off windows is easy & also you can see selection of windows. This is the PDF file, this is the internet browser & this is the Sample folder. |

This is the terminal, this is the editor & this is the pdf file. Now we will present guideline on what to do while recording. |
| 04.05 | Position the mic at a fixed distance from your mouth.
This will keep the audio volume consistent. |
| 04.11 | let us see what will happen if you do not follow this rule, I shall advance it now.
Now we can hear it louder. While recording use headset with mic input. By not using it the voice may be echoing or inconsistent with humming noise. |

Speak clearly, Speak naturally without putting on an accent. |
| 05.00 | Let us see an example of artificial accent; of the basic function to create a new file go to the menu.
Ideally record the tutorial in one go to get uniform tone throughout the recording. But some processes involve long delays,if so use the pause feature of the screen casting software. This will reduce the capture of unnecessary footage. |
| 05.34 | No one get the recording right in the first go,so we recommend a sample recording for a couple of minutes.
Submit it to spoken tutorial team for feedback. Only after approval should you do the final recording . |
