Thrombolysis	In the A/B Hospital Data Entry, the App will take us to the next page, which is Thrombolysis.
Graphic: Show a patient at the reception of a hospital Show Cath Labs	In A Hospital - A patient goes through Thrombolysis if the Cath Labs in the Hub hospital are not available and that he/she has presented without having Thrombolysis done. In B Hospital - A patient goes through Thrombolysis if he/she arrives to the Hub Hospital after PCI Hours and has presented without having Thrombolysis done.

Under Discharge Summary we have Death If the patient dies, death is marked as Yes we have dropdowns Reason of death Cardiac, Non Cardiac Others----------------------------- End of data entry	Under Discharge Summary, we have Death. If the patient dies, this is marked as “Yes” and we get a dropdown - Reason of death and Others Under Reason of death,we have options- Cardiac, Non Cardiac. If we choose either, we get a drop-down Death Date and Time: If we choose Others: as the option, we have to enter other reasons for patient’s death. Then enter Death Date and Time. Once we choose any one option, there ends the data entry.
Mark as ‘No’ and move on to Discharge / transfer Select Death as ‘No’	If the patient did not die, then mark as “No” and move on to Discharge Medications. I’ll select Death as ‘No’ for now.
