In the coming few minutes, we'll talk about how to add classnotes and other reading material in your course, on the moodle site.

| style="border-top:none;border-bottom:0.0139in solid #000000;border-left:0.0139in solid #000000;border-right:0.0139in solid #000000;padding:0.0382in;"| At the top right side of the page, there's a button labeled, “Turn editing on.” Click on this button. You would see some sessions/lectures already created for your course. The session/lecture for which you want to add classnotes/reading material, choose a resource (in front of that session/lecture number)from the drop-down menu to upload. If you want to upload a file such as a pdf, a doc or a ppt, then choose "Link to a file or website". "Adding a new resource page" opens. Give a name to the resource. Give summary as required. In Link to a file or website, click on "Choose or upload a file". A new page opens showing you all the files that have already been uploaded by you on the server for this course. If your file already exists in the list, just click on the "Choose" link, in front of that file. If it does not exist, then click on "Upload" button at the bottom right side. Browse, select and upload the respective file. Once it appears in the list of existing files, click on the "Choose" link. This page witll close and the name of the file will now appear on the previous page in the text box above "Choose or upload a file". In case you want to link to a website, click on "Search for webpage". Browse and search the required page and put it's address on the previous page in the text box above "Choose or upload a file". Set the other parameters on the page as required and click on "Save and return to Course". The required resource will now be available on your course site.
