00:00 Hello everybody.
00:02 Welcome to this Geogebra tutorial on the Export feature in GeoGebra.
00:07 If this is the first time you are using Geogebra,
00:10 please watch the Introduction to GeoGebra tutorial on the Spoken Tutorial website.
00:17 In this tutorial, we will learn about: The Export feature in GeoGebra
00:22 To export the drawing pad figures as a static picture
00:26 And export the GeoGebra file as a dynamic HTML webpage.
00:31 To get started with Geogebra, I am using the
00:34 GNU/Linux operating system Ubuntu Version 10.04 LTS
00:39 and the Geogebra version 3.2.40.0.
00:44 Now to the GeoGebra Window.
00:48 Open any GeoGebra file that you have already created by selecting menu option File and Open.
00:57 Let us select ConcentricCircles.ggb and click Open.
01:04 Let us close the Algebra and Spreadsheet Views, if they are open, by selecting menu option View and unchecking the options.
01:16 We can use the Move Graphics View tool and position the drawing pad objects.
01:22 You can choose to select objects to export, or you may export the entire drawing pad if you don't select any of the objects.
01:32 Select menu option File>>Export>>Graphics View as Picture.
01:40 Select the format of the file you want to export , let us select png.
01:48 You can change the Scale here, we will leave the default values.
01:53 You can increase or decrease the Resolution here.
01:58 Click Save.
02:01 Select the folder name here, select the file name.
02:07 The File type is already here png and click Save.

02:33 Choose the Format, Scale and Resolution and save the exported file.
02:40 Now to the second part of the lesson,

03:30 Let us add this text to appear above the construction.
03:37 I will cut and paste the information by pressing Ctrl +X on the keyboard
03:43 and then Ctrl+V again on the keyboard.
03:48 Move the vertices of the triangle and observe the values of the interior angles of the triangle.
03:56 Now, below the construction add Observe what happens when A, B and C are on a straight line by dragging the vertices.
04:08 Now to the Advanced tab.
04:10 There are a number of check boxes that add features and options of GeoGebra to include as part of the GeoGebra page.
